随后，公司党总支书记王学术同志围绕“维护焦点、铸就忠诚、继续作为、抓实支部”这一主题，以贯彻落实天津市第十一次党代会精神为抓手，给全体党员上了一堂内容富厚的党课。党课主要围绕以下三个方面进行讲述：一是牢牢掌握“维护焦点”这个政治立场，扎实推进主题教育运动深入开展
；

二是深刻领会党代会报告精神，为国有企业深化革新生长提供坚强政治包管
；三是加速企业革新、转型升级程序，开创公司连续稳定生长新局面。同时，招呼全体党员带动想事、带动做事、带动解决问题，用自己的行动熏染、引领身边的人全身心地投入到生产经营中来。

集会要求，全体党员要在“维护焦点、铸就忠诚、继续作为、抓实支部”主题教育运动推进“两学一做” 学习教育常态化制度化事情开展之际，从讲政治的高度，把思想和行动统一到中央和市委的决策安排上来，积极加入主题教育运动，贯彻落实党代会精神，旗帜鲜明拥戴焦点，坚定不移维护焦点，在事情中提振高昂有为、勇于继续的精气神，展现做事创业、攻坚克难的新作为，与时俱进、开拓立异，脚踏实地的为公司生产任务的完成做出孝敬，以优异结果迎接十九大的胜利召开。
